Examples of our work
Every project starts with data that preserves the artist's original intent. Tap any image to view it full size.
Great Seal of the United States
Scanned from a 20" original, remastered, scaled to 84" and CNC routed by IBILD for the U.S. Mission to the United Nations.
20" original pattern.
Background parsed from the relief. The shield, glory and ribbon lettering were completely rebuilt for machining.
Scaled to 84" and routed in 18# Duna Corafoam, then bronze coated by the finishers.
Installed at the Ronald H. Brown U.S. Mission to the United Nations, Midtown Manhattan.
French Carousel Themed Theatre Room
In collaboration with Gabriel McKeagney of Architectural Furnishings in CA.
All 3D reliefs were created from 2D sketches, 3D scans and digitally sculpted from scratch.
IBILD matched the design intentions exactly and translated the concept into 3D.
Every detail of the sample reliefs captured, preserving the look, feel and warmth of the motif.
High-density data for perfect replication, ideally suited for CNC machining.
Starbucks Downtown Disney
IBILD worked closely with Cherrylion Studios and Oak Branch Manufacturing in Atlanta to complete this project.
Installed at the Downtown Disney location.
Clay original cast in plastic, scanned, scaled up and sent to Oak Branch for CNC routing.
Routed reliefs hand carved with a slight undercut for more visual impact.
Finished and installed by Oak Branch at Downtown Disney.
Automotive Restoration Parts
Scarce, fragile parts can be digitally captured and archived or used for reproductions.
Restoration-quality parts for classic cars are hard to find when originals are fragile.
Digitally captured for archival purposes, and ready for manufacturing.
Proofed on an FFF 3D printer; printed and original parts interchange perfectly.
CNC and 3D print ready.
1931 Lincoln Ornament Preservation
Every detail of a rare greyhound hood ornament, captured, repaired and made print-ready.
